- 4-star G Brittany Brown picks the ACC
- Brittany Brown of Walton Beach, Fla., has verbally committed to Florida State, according to her father, Don Brown. The 5-foot-8 guard committed to the Seminoles while on an unofficial visit to the Tallahassee campus this past weekend.
"She is a coaches dream," Fitzroy Anthony, her Miami Suns club team coach said. "She is a winner, a player that is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. (I am) looking forward seeing great things from her this July and at the next level."
Brown, who is rated a four-star prospect by ESPN HoopGurlz, joins Gabby Bevillard of Bishop, Ga., a 6-2 three-star forward, in FSU's 2013 recruiting class.
