    Loyola gets verbal commit from Abby Skube
    Senior Abby Skube verbally committed to play for Loyola University earlier in the week, according the The Times. The Chesterton forward will join rival school Portage's Lisa Samplawski, who is part of the incoming freshman class. "I'm excited to finally be on a team with her, playing at that level. Lisa was one of the best players in the (Duneland Athletic) Conference and her going there really showed me it's a good school. It'll be nice to have someone I look up to playing there."
