- Tina Doughty, a 5-foot-9 guard from Granbury, Texas, has given a verbal commitment to New Mexico and head coach Don Flanagan, according to Al Coleman of the Cy Fair Shock. She committed on Monday on the heels of an unofficial visit.
Doughty averaged 15.5 points and 6.7 rebounds this winter. She helped take Granbury High to the third round of the 4A playoffs. She was selected to the All-District 8-4A team.
