- Norrisha Victrum of Columbia, S.C., has committed to Marshall University after an in-home visit, according to her club coach, Roger Wiley of the South Carolina 76ers.
"Norrisha, known as 'ReRe' indicated that the Marshall coaching staff connected with she and her family," Wiley said in an email message. "She was excited to hear that Marshall ranks in the top 10 in sports medicine programs and that the class size in their program is relatively small. She stated that the Marshall coaches made her feel as if she will be comfortable and genuinely cared for while being away from home."
The 5-foot-5 point guard is a senior at Columbia (S.C.) High School.
"Norrisha is one of the hardest working kids to ever play in the 76er organization," WIley said. "She has flown under the radar of many programs and will surprise many with her high skill level and desire to compete. "
