Amber Griffin of McDonough, Ga., has committed to the University of South Carolina-Upstate, according to her father, Jim.
The 5-foot-4 point guard is rated a three-star prospect by ESPN HoopGurlz.

Lithuanian 6-2 F Paulina Zaveckaite gives verbal commitment
Paulina Zaveckaite, a 6-foot-2 forward at The Rock School, gave her verbal commitment today to South Carolina-Upstate, according to her FBG club coach Kenny Kalina. She visited the school last week. She chose the Spartans over UAB, Stetson, and North Florida.
Zaveckaite was Florida's Class 1A tournament MVP averaging 18 points and 12 rebounds per contest. She is originally from Lithuania and will return this summer in lieu of playing on the club circuit.
She made visits to North Florida and Stetson and also had an offer from UAB before deciding.
