Ohio Premier earns its first-ever spot in the ESPNHS ECNL Under-17 Power Rankings this week, and has a chance to earn a playoff spot this weekend in New Jersey. Not bad for a team that started the year 0-2. Ohio Premier has not lost a game since Spring Break and by doing so put themselves in position to play in June's ECNL National Championships.

This weekend's PDA Showcase will have major implications on the rankings as eight of the top 10 teams head to New Jersey. Three matches between ranked teams and a number of other squads who are just outside of the power rankings make for a high stakes weekend.

ESPNHS's Under-17 PDA Preview breaks down all the best matches from this weekend.

Throughout the rest of the season, ESPNHS will offer a weekly glance at the top 10 teams in each age group. These rankings, indicative of the results of a team rather than a prediction of future outcomes, offer a sampling of some of the top talent in the game.
