The final week of the ECNL regular season might be the most important week yet for the ESPNHS ECNL Under-18 Power Rankings. Five of the top six squads are in action this weekend and all of them have conference titles, playoff seeding and ranking positions on the line.

No. 1 Dallas Texans needs a win on Sunday to clinch the top overall seed in the ECNL National Championships. If they finish with a tie or loss, No. 3 Michigan Hawks will take over the top seed. No. 2 SC del Sol is seeking a Mountain West Conference title and needs a win this weekend to make that happen. It is also trying to fend off No. 6 Colorado Rush, who is just behind them, in the Mountain West standings and the Flight A standings.

The Northeast will be busy this weekend as both No. 4 PDA and No. 5 FC Stars of Mass are back in action. PDA has the upper hand after beating Stars of Mass two weeks ago, but each team has two games this weekend and those outcomes will decide who gets the Northeast Conference crown.

Throughout the rest of the season, ESPNHS will offer a weekly glance at the top ten teams in each age group. These rankings, indicative of the results of a team rather than a prediction of future outcomes, offer a sampling of some of the top talent in the game.
