The final week of the ECNL regular season might be the most important week yet for the ESPNHS ECNL Under-18 Power Rankings. Five of the top six squads are in action this weekend and all of them have conference titles, playoff seeding and ranking positions on the line.

The Northeast will be busy this weekend as both No. 4 PDA and No. 5 FC Stars of Mass are back in action. PDA has the upper hand after beating Stars of Mass two weeks ago, but each team has two games this weekend and those outcomes will decide who gets the Northeast Conference crown.

Throughout the rest of the season, ESPNHS will offer a weekly glance at the top ten teams in each age group. These rankings, indicative of the results of a team rather than a prediction of future outcomes, offer a sampling of some of the top talent in the game.

2	SC del Sol 16-4-1	-- Last Week: 2	Though they sit in sixth place in the Flight A standings, an excellent body of work -- including wins over four ranked teams -- has earned SC del Sol the No. 2 spot in the rankings. Next Match: June 9 vs. Sereno
3	Michigan Hawks 17-3-4	-- Last Week: 3	The Hawks cannot be lower than the No. 2 seed in the playoffs. If Dallas Texans ties or loses this week, Hawks will then jump into the top overall spot in the standings. Next Match: Playoffs, TBA
4	PDA 14-4-1	1 Last Week: 5	A late May win over No. 5 FC Stars of Mass gave PDA the top spot in the Northeast Conference. It will need a win this weekend to clinch that crown at the end of the season. Next Match: June 9 vs. Albertson
5	Stars of Mass 12-4-4	1 Last Week: 6	Two games remain for Stars of Mass as it fights No. 4 PDA for Northeast Conference bragging rights. The good news is Stars are squarely in the playoffs and will just wait on seeding. Next Match: June 9 vs. Connecticut FC
6	Colorado Rush 13-5-2	2 Last Week: 4	Mixed results last weekend. A 5-0 win on Sunday over San Juan was followed by a 4-0 loss Wednesday to Real Colorado. In the end, Rush drops two spots back to No. 6. Next Match: June 9 vs. Utah Avalanche
7	Mustang SC 14-3-3	-- Last Week: 7	Mustang currently holds the third place spot in the ECNL standings, and could end up with a very high seed in the playoffs. Next Match: Playoffs, TBA
8	Solar Chelsea 13-5-4	-- Last Week: 8	Although Solar Chelsea will have a lower seed in the playoffs later this month, this is a tough team and could be a good candidate for a surprise postseason showing. Next Match: Playoffs, TBA
9	Slammers FC 17-3-4	-- Last Week: 9	Slammers currently has the fifth overall seed, and if things hold as they are now, this team could play No. 8 Solar Chelsea in the first round of the playoffs. No game is a cake walk. Next Match: Playoffs, TBA
10	Arsenal FC 12-4-4	-- Last Week: 10	Arsenal also has a high seed locked down for the playoffs and waits to see who its opponent might be in Waukeegan. Next Match: Playoffs, TBA
