The winter-playing states are: Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada and Texas.
Rankings reflect matches played through Sunday, Feb. 19.
Last week's action left almost no change in the Top 25; however, one school added to an amazing national record.
No. 13 Ursuline Academy (Dallas) won its 22nd straight Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) state title with a 2-0 victory over St. Agnes (Houston). To put Ursuline's win in perspective, the senior members on the team that started the streak are about to turn 40 years old!

| RK (LW) | SCHOOL (CITY, STATE) | REC | COMMENT |
| 1 (1) | Boyd McKinney, TX | 11-0-2 | Boyd ran its undefeated streak to 41 matches with victories over North Garland and Sachse last week. |
| 2 (2) | Westview San Diego, CA | 22-1-2 | Westview earned the top seed in the CIF-San Diego Division II playoffs, which start this week. A section title would allow Westview a crack at playing some of the top teams from the Southern Section, Central Section and LA Section. |
| 3 (3) | Los Osos Rancho Cucamonga, CA | 19-0-3 | Ifeoma Onumonu and Chloe Watson each scored as Los Osos defeated Corona 2-1 in first-round playoff action last week. |
| 4 (4) | Plano West Plano, TX | 10-1-2 | Plano West has shut out four of its last six opponents and in the process surged to the top of the District 8-5A standings with a 5-0 record, just ahead of 5-1 Marcus. |
| 5 (5) | Marcus Flower Mound, TX | 15-1 | Courtney Forte scored twice as Marcus edged Allen 2-1 in a battle of top District 8-5A teams. |
| 6 (6) | Carroll Southlake, TX | 17-1 | Sophie Groff and Lissi Lonsberry each scored three goals as Carroll ended the week with a 9-0 win over Saginaw. |
| 7 (7) | San Clemente San Clemente, CA | 15-2-7 | Danielle Mellem scored twice as San Clemente handled Rosary 4-1 in the first round of the CIF-Southern Section Division 1 playoffs. |

| 9 (9) | Corona Del Mar Newport Beach, CA | 21-2-2 | Monica Venturini scored the lone goal as Corona del Mar slipped by Huntington Beach 1-0 in the opening round of the CIF-Southern Section Division 1 playoffs. |
| 10 (10) | Harvard Westlake North Hollywood, CA | 15-1-4 | Harvard-Westlake thumped Newport Harbor 7-1 in the most lopsided match in the CIF-Southern Section Division 1 first round. |
| 11 (11) | Mansfield Mansfield, TX | 10-1-3 | Mansfield has allowed only three goals during its seven match undefeated streak, which started after a loss to No. 1 Boyd. |
| 12 (12) | Coppell Coppell, TX | 12-2-3 | A win and a tie last week were good enough to keep Coppell in second place behind Southlake Carroll in the District 8-5A race. |
| 13 (13) | Ursuline Academy Dallas, TX | 22-2 | Season complete. TAPPS Division I state champion. Natalie Barnet and Kellie Schnurr scored second-half goals to lift Ursuline over St. Agnes 2-0 for the Bears' 22nd straight TAPPS state title. The key results for Ursuline this year include a 3-0 win over Florida state champion American Heritage, a 4-0 win over nationally ranked Kingwood. The team's losses were a 2-0 setback to Marcus and a 2-1 loss to Plano West, a pair of top five teams. |
| 14 (14) | Saint Thomas Aquinas School Fort Lauderdale, FL | 26-1-1 | Season complete. Florida Class 5A state champion. This might have been coach Carlos Giron's most surprising state title. After losing 10 starters from last year's national No. 1 team, the Raiders put together a second straight undefeated season in Florida and rallied late for a 3-2 win over Hagerty in the state final. Ashley Cardounel delivered the match-winning goal in overtime, giving the Raiders a record 12th state title. Since the 13 schools ahead of St. Thomas Aquinas will soon sort out their standing on the field, it is likely the Raiders will creep up in the rankings in the next few weeks. |
| 15 (15) | San Ramon Valley Danville, CA | 18-1-4 | San Ramon Valley cruised into the semifinals of the CIF-North Coast Section Division I semifinals behind a pair of 3-0 wins last week. Interestingly, all four semifinalists are members of the East Bay Athletic League, which was recently featured on ESPNHS as one of the nation's best winter soccer leagues. |
| 16 (16) | Klein Oak Spring, TX | 12-0-1 | Amanda Fox scored three goals last week as Klein Oak posted a pair of shutout wins -- 6-0 over Klein and 1-0 over Tomball. |
| 17 (17) | Sunny Hills Fullerton, CA | 27-1 | Maribell Morales scored twice and Brittany Aanderud had a goal and two assists as Sunny Hills handled Newbury Park 3-0 in first-round playoff action. |
| 18 (19) | Archbishop Mitty San Jose, CA | 18-1-3 | Four players scored as Mitty defeated Presentation 4-2 to claim the WCAL league title this week. In addition, Mitty picked up the No. 1 seed in this week's CIF-Central Coast Section Division II tournament. |
| 19 (21) | Claremont Claremont, CA | 24-1-3 | Ryley Settles, Hannah Chua and Rebekah Evans scored goals as Claremont cruised to a 3-0 win over Bishop Montgomery in first-round playoff action last week. |
| 20 (20) | American Heritage-Boca-Delray Delray Beach, FL | 26-2-1 | Season complete. Florida Class 2A state champion. Yulie Lopez and Tatiana Panagos each scored twice as the Stallions routed Bolles School 5-0 in the state final. Like St. Thomas Aquinas, American Heritage-Delray posted a perfect record against Florida schools, but its 1-2-1 showing at the National Elite Prep Showcase demonstrates how this team stacks up to the elite powers of California and Texas. |
| 21 (22) | Baker Cape Coral, FL | 26-2-4 | Season complete. Florida Class 4A state champion. Monique Elliott's dramatic goal against the run of play in the closing two minutes lifted Baker to a 1-0 victory over George Jenkins in the state final. Elliott hustled to gather a ball that was heading out-of-bounds and rolled a right-footed shot from a near impossible angle that went just over the goal line for the deciding score. The victory earned Baker its first-ever state title and with it a guaranteed Top 25 final ranking. |
| 22 (23) | George Jenkins Lakeland, FL | 26-1 | Season complete. Class 4A state runner-up. George Jenkins outshot and out-possessed Ida Baker in the state final, but this perennial state challenger could not find the net in a 1-0 loss. It was heartbreaking end to an otherwise perfect season for George Jenkins, whose lineup features a pair of Florida State-bound players. |
| 23 (24) | Torrey Pines Encinitas, CA | 15-3-1 | Torrey Pines is the top seed for the CIF-San Diego Division I tournament, which begins this week. Torrey Pines receives a bye into the quarterfinal round and will not play until Saturday. |
| 24 (25) | Buchanan Clovis, CA | 18-2-1 | Hannah Coyle scored three goals and assisted on the fourth as Buchanan defeated Fresno Central 4-2 to advance to this week's CIF-Central Section semifinals. |
| 25 (26) | Kingwood Kingwood, TX | 13-2-1 | Kelsey Bright scored in each match as Kingwood posted a pair of 2-0 victories last week over Conroe and Atascocita. |
