US Lacrosse Training: Amy Appelt demonstrates eight meter shooting

US Lacrosse is the national governing body of men's and women's lacrosse and has more than 300,000 members.

In conjunction with US Lacrosse, ESPNHS will release a series of instructional videos for both boys and girls lacrosse over the next 28 weeks.

Videos include every position on the field from how to improve your faceoff mechanics to putting yourself in the best position in goal.
