JORDAN IVERSON

CRESCENT VALLEY GIRLS' SWIMMING

Crescent Valley entered the postseason as the two-time Class 5A champs, and Iverson has been paramount to the team's success. Last year, the junior won the 100 breaststroke, placed third in the 50 freestyle and was a member of the Raiders' championship 200 medley and 400 free relay teams. She broke the school record previously held by her older sister Brittney in the 100 breaststroke on Jan. 17 at the Rumbaugh Invitational. She finished with a blazing time of 1:05.18.

TYRISHA BLAKE

JEFFERSON GIRLS' BASKETBALL

Blake helped the Democrats win the Class 5A state title last season and has shown no signs of letting up in her pursuit of another crown this winter. Blake is a prolific scorer who has guided Jefferson to the top of the standings in the PIL. In a win over Marshall on Jan. 13, Blake poured in 26 points. Three days later, she torched Madison for 32 points, 20 rebounds and 10 assists in a 105-41 victory.
