AMANDA FITZSIMMONS

AUBURN RIVERSIDE SOFTBALL

Fitzsimmons is a tremendous talent on the field and has a penchant for making plays all over the diamond. On the mound, the senior hurler posted a 0.70 ERA during the regular season last spring. At the plate, she slugged her way to a .647 average and ripped seven doubles and two triples. She was a Seattle Times Star Times softball selection last spring her third time making the list and fanned 12 hitters in a 2-0 loss to North Central in the Class 3A playoffs.

LOUIS SCHOTT

LAKESIDE BOYS' SOCCER

After leading the Metro League in scoring as a freshman last year, it will be interesting to see what the midfielder does for an encore this season. Schott netted 13 goals and seven assists last season, helping the Lions advance to the Class 3A semifinals, where they fell to Camas. He showed no fear in the postseason, scoring four goals during Lakeside's run. Schott also stars on the Crossfire Premier select team and earned All-Metro second team honors.
