Raptors Gs Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan check out to a standing ovation. Lowry will finish with 35 points, DeRozan 20. Lowry embraced LeBron James before heading to the bench.

JR Smith pulled from 30-feet like it was a free throw and Kyrie Irving sinks another 3 -- two daggers that pushed Cavs up 102-81.

Mike Mazzeo ESPN Staff Writer

Raptors supporting cast around Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan has been very disappointing aside from Jonas Valanciunas. 20 games and 41 days into this playoff run, the best season in franchise history is about to end.

After Raps cut it to 10, LeBron James continued in his close-out mode, aggressively attacking the basket. He scored on a drive and had a tip-in to fuel a quick 6-0 run to push lead back up to 94-78 with 8:38 left. LeBron isn't taking his foot off the pedal, knowing full well that the Western Conference Finals could go the length and there could be few more days of rest.

Cavs 86 Raptors 74 end 3. Kyle Lowry has 30 points including 18 in the third but it probably won't be enough. One quarter left to try and save the season.

102 games into the season, and the Raptors are in trouble as they've trailed by as many as 20 late in the third quarter.

Jackie Bradley Jr.'s hit streak might have come to an end at 29 games, but teammate Xander Bogaerts continues his run making it 20 straight games with a single in the fourth inning.

Patrick Patterson in for Luis Scola in the second half as Raptors coach Dwane Casey tries something different with the team's season on the line.

Here's the bad news for the Raps at the half: they can't run the Cavs off the perimeter with Cleveland making 10-of-15 3's in the first half. And LeBron James is attacking the rim with the intent to end the series and has 21 points. Dwane Casey has plenty of adjustments to make in order to keep the Raptors' season alive.

Cavs 55 Raptors 41 at the half. The difference? The 3-point line where Toronto is 2-for-12 and Cleveland is 10-for-15. LeBron James also has 21 points, which is a problem.

Mike Mazzeo ESPN Staff Writer

Raptors have shot 3-for-15 from the field in the second quarter and 1-for-9 from 3 in the game and trail 44-36. They have missed so many open shots and layups.

LeBron James knows the moment and has come out aggressively looking for his offense. Looking to set the tone for his team in a close-out game, James made 5-of-6 shots -- his only miss was a heat check contested 3 after sinking his first four shots -- and has 14 points points after one quarter. On the last two Cavs' possessions of the first quarter, LeBron drove hard. Cory Joseph stripped him on the first but he got to the rim easily on the second drive. Cavs lead 31-25 entering second.

Raptors C Bismack Biyombo has picked up a flagrant foul, meaning he's picked up enough points to where he'd be suspended for a Game 7 if there is one. Now, there's also a possibility the NBA could decide to rescind the call later. We'll see how this plays out to see if it matters.

Raptors trail 15-8 early and LeBron James has hit his first three shots. With their forwards struggling to make shots and this being a do-or-die game wonder if Dwane Casey goes to Jonas Valanciunas earlier for scoring.

Game 6 starts with a three-point play for Raptors G Kyle Lowry, who has been much better at home in this series than on the road.
