Way-early offers, two coaches everyone wants to play for highlight Four Downs

This week, the recruiting world got to know the latest eighth-grade sensation, Nathan Tilford of Upland (Calif.) High School. After earning a scholarship from USC and appearing close to an early commitment, Tilford could be both a winner and a loser because of his early stardom. Texas A&M and Penn State are big winners this week after landing blue-chip quarterbacks. With the Aggies, it's another case of coach Kevin Sumlin showing he can recruit with anybody in the country, and at Penn State it's Bill O'Brien continuing to prove doubters wrong.
