Pujols doubled in the fourth inning and pulled up running between second and third on Kendrys Morales' grounder to shortstop before slowly going into the third-base bag.
Pujols told the Los Angeles Times that his right calf is "pretty sore." Pujols will have an MRI on Thursday, and hopes to miss no more than one or two games, the Times reported.
He stayed in the game, but ran home slowly on Mark Trumbo's single to center, noticeably limping on his way to the dugout.
Pujols was replaced at first by Trumbo, who moved from left field in the bottom of the inning. Vernon Wells went into left.
