Parros underwent laser surgery on Monday afternoon to correct the injury, which occurred when he was struck by a deflected puck during practice Friday in Detroit.
Parros is known more for his enforcer role on the Ducks. He has one assist and 21 penalty minutes in 11 games this season. He's the second forward on the Ducks to be sidelined by injury this season. Jason Blake is out until January after undergoing surgery to repair tendons in his forearm that were cut by a skate blade Oct. 14 against San Jose.
The Ducks, who have the worst scoring average in the league (1.86 goals a game), have lost five straight and eight of their last nine.
