The 2016 NBA Draft Lottery will be held two weeks from today in New York City. For the third straight year, Los Angeles Lakers spokesman John Black says that he will represent the team in the drawing room, where 14 pingpong balls will decide the lottery's order, but Black adds that no decision has yet been finalized about who will represent the team on stage for the nationally-televised announcement of the lottery order, as ex-Lakers coach Byron Scott did last year. This year, the Lakers have a 55.8 percent chance of keeping their top-three protected first-round pick, which falls to the Philadelphia 76ers if it falls outside the first three slots.
