After trading pick No. 113 to the Chicago Bears for picks 117 and 206, the Los Angeles Rams selected WR Pharoh Cooper of South Carolina. Cooper is more of a slot receiver and the Rams will have to find a way to use him in conjunction with Tavon Austin but they need more pass catchers. No surprise they went TE and WR with their two fourth-round picks.

With the 110th pick in the NFL draft, the Los Angeles Rams selected TE Tyler Higbee from Western Kentucky. Rams had a clear need at TE after releasing Jared Cook. Higbee had some off-field questions after a fight outside of a bar a few weeks ago but Rams clearly comfortable that issue will be resolved.
