Kenley Jansen earned his 30th save of the year on Tuesday. It's his third straight season with at least 30 saves. Jansen joins Todd Worrell (1995 to 1997) and Eric Gagne (2002 to 2004) as the only Dodgers pitchers with at least 30 saves in three different seasons, the Elias Sports Bureau reports.
Just another 5-for-5 day for Escobar
Tuesday marks the fourth time that Yunel Escobar has gone 5-for-5 (or better) in a game in his MLB career; all three previous instances came in the 2015 season. He's the fourth player in the modern era (since 1900) with at least four such games over a two-season span, the Elias Sports Bureau reports. The previous three are all Hall of Famers:
