Add Mike Bolsinger to the list of pitchers the Dodgers do not expect to use as a starter Wednesday at Milwaukee. Hyun-Jin Ryu, Brandon McCarthy, Ross Stripling and Chris Taylor were already eliminated from consideration Saturday.
