Dodgers activate Brian Wilson off DL

SAN FRANCISCO -- The Los Angeles Dodgers are gradually recovering from their season-opening trip to Australia.

They activated reliever Brian Wilson from the 15-day disabled list before their game with the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday night and watched Clayton Kershaw throw another encouraging bullpen session earlier in the afternoon.

Wilson didn't pitch as the Dodgers lost 3-2 to the Giants in 12 innings.
