Chad Billingsley has 2nd setback

CINCINNATI -- For the second time in less than two months, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Chad Billingsley has had a setback in his rehabilitation from Tommy John surgery.

Billingsley threw a 31-pitch bullpen session Tuesday in Arizona but reported weakness in his surgically repaired right elbow afterward. He will meet with team doctor Neal ElAttrache in Los Angeles on Thursday.
