Surging Selanne debates retirement

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- For the first time in his life, Teemu Selanne almost wishes he was off his game.

If the Finnish Flash hadn't played so well during the Anaheim Ducks' disappointing season, his future would be much clearer. He could head off to retirement with his wife and four children, comfortable he had used every bit of his remarkable talent.
