Torre thrilled by Derby experience

LOS ANGELES -- Although Joe Torre's horse, Homeboykris, finished a forgettable 16th in Saturday's Kentucky Derby, the Dodgers' manager said a few minutes after the race that the experience was anything but forgettable.

"This was fun," Torre said. "My wife had a ball. We had nine people over there at Churchill Downs. It was a great experience."
