Jurors watch defendant's interview

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- The man accused of causing the crash that killed a promising Los Angeles Angels pitcher and two others told investigators he was so drunk he couldn't remember getting in the car, according to a videotaped police interview played in court Thursday.

Andrew Thomas Gallo told investigators he and his stepbrother, Raymond Rivera, started the night of drinking at Johnny Carino's bar in Covina where his then-girlfriend was a waitress, City News Service reported.
