Ducks sign Jeff Deslauriers for 2 years

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Goalie Jeff Deslauriers has agreed to a two-year contract with the Anaheim Ducks.

The Ducks announced the deal Tuesday.

Deslauriers spent parts of two seasons from 2008 to 2010 as a backup goalie with the Edmonton Oilers, winning 20 games with a 3.01 goals-against average. The former high draft pick has never reached his NHL potential, spending last season in the AHL.
