Dodgers' rookie pitcher fell short to the Giants but is clearly showing an improvement

SAN FRANCISCO -- They were the final two pitches Rubby De La Rosa would throw Tuesday night, and for a more established starter, it would have been way too early in the game for that to be acceptable.
