Jerime Anderson arrested, suspended

UCLA senior guard Jerime Anderson has been suspended from the men's basketball team indefinitely following his arrest Tuesday in connection with a stolen laptop, the school announced Wednesday.

Anderson, a 6-2 backup point guard for the Bruins, was arrested by campus police Tuesday evening and charged with suspicion of grand theft. According to the L.A. County Sherriff's website, Anderson was charged with a felony and is scheduled to appear in municipal court Thursday at 4 p.m. His ...
