Dodgers re-sign Mike MacDougal

LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers have re-signed reliever Mike MacDougal to a $1 million, one-year contract with a club option for 2013.

The 34-year-old right-hander had a 2.05 ERA with a 3-1 record and one save in his first year with the Dodgers last season. He was second on the team with 57 innings pitched while making a career-high 69 appearances.
