Dee Gordon dislocates thumb

LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Dee Gordon suffered a dislocated right thumb in the eighth inning of Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Cincinnati Reds.

Gordon, who leads the majors with 30 stolen bases, did not return to the game and will undergo an MRI Thursday.

"The doctor feels like nothing is broken," Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said. "He dislocated it but they're going to have to MRI it. I have no idea about a timetable."
