Chad Billingsley (elbow) exits

LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Chad Billingsley left Friday night's game in the fourth inning with pain in his right elbow, an apparent recurrence of an injury that landed Billingsley on the disabled list for most of July.

Billingsley was on one of the best rolls of his career, having gone 6-0 with a 1.29 ERA in his previous six starts. He underwent an MRI following the game, and the Dodgers were awaiting results, but manager Don Mattingly said his level of concern ...
