Kenley Jansen has heart procedure

LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Kenley Jansen underwent a procedure to address his irregular heartbeat Tuesday and the team said he can begin physical activity "without restriction" in about a week.

Jansen, the Dodgers closer for most of 2012, missed time in each of the past two seasons with atrial fibrillation. He had a 2.35 ERA with 99 strikeouts in 65 games and was 25 of 32 in save opportunities.
