Hanley Ramirez doesn't play Monday

ST. LOUIS -- Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Hanley Ramirez did not play Monday against the St. Louis Cardinals after jamming his right shoulder Sunday, but Dodgers manager Don Mattingly was "optimistic" he would be back soon.
