Misty May-Treanor to assist USC

LOS ANGELES -- Three-time Olympic beach volleyball champion Misty May-Treanor has a new job in the college ranks.

She will be a volunteer assistant coach for the Southern California women's sand volleyball team.

Coach Anna Collier said Tuesday that adding May-Treanor to the staff will elevate the team and make the Trojans a national title contender.
