Frank Howard was the centerpiece of a seven-player trade in 1964, but Osteen was no slouch. The lefty pitched nine seasons with the Dodgers and had a 3.09 ERA, including two 20-win campaigns. In the 1965 Series, he allowed one earned run in 14 innings.
