Hearing held for Darrell Williams case

STILLWATER, Okla. -- A prosecutor intends to seek a gag order and change of venue in the case of suspended Oklahoma State basketball player Darrell Williams, who faces five felony charges alleging he inappropriately touched two women at an off-campus party.

Assistant District Attorney Jill Tontz said during a hearing Friday that she intends to file the motions Monday.

Defense attorneys Cheryl Ramsey and Willie Baker told Judge Phillip Corley they cannot respond formally until the motions are filed.

Williams has pleaded not guilty to four counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of sexual battery. A motions hearing is scheduled for April 20, and Williams' trial is set to start May 7.
