WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Purdue guard John Hart is transferring, looking for more playing time than he was getting with the Boilermakers.
The school announced the move Monday. Hart will graduate from Purdue this summer with a degree in organizational leadership and supervision. He will be eligible to play immediately at another Division I institution, should he choose a graduate program not offered at Purdue.
The Beech Grove, Ind., native averaged 2.6 points and 0.8 rebounds over 63 games for the Boilermakers.
