Justin Jackson's decision to return means North Carolina should be right back in the top 10 next season. The knock on Jackson has been his consistency -- in perimeter shooting and aggressiveness. But with Marcus Paige & Brice Johnson gone, he could emerge as the Tar Heels' offensive centerpiece.

Jackson could give Heels huge jolt

Justin Jackson could be a huge help for North Carolina next season if he returns to school. But that's a big "if." He has his toe in NBA waters, if he doesn't like that pool, he can return and help UNC stay as a big fish in the CBB pond. Draft decisions that could change CBB (Insider)

Carolina still strong on recruiting trail
