Finally someone else can beat Duke, UNC

Notre Dame is the first team to win five straight games against the combination of Duke and UNC since Tim Duncan's Wake Forest team from 1995-96. The Irish can make it six straight Friday, which no team has done since NC State from 1972-75.

The ACC is the first major conference tourney to begin. NC State and Wake Forest tip off at noon on ESPN2. Florida State meets Boston College at approximately 2 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
