KANSAS CITY, Missouri (Ticker) -- Zac Bierk notched his third shutout of the season as the Cleveland Lumberjacks blanked the Kansas City Blades, 3-0. Bierk, who has three shutouts in his last four starts, turned aside 32 shots for the victory. J.J. Daigneault's first goal of the season opened the scoring with 7:36 left in the second period and Richard Park and Brian Bonin added third-period tallies for Cleveland, which has won four of its last six games. Corey Schwab, who entered the contest second in the IHL with eight wins, made 27 saves in a losing effort as Kansas City lost for the fifth time in six games.
