Carlos Gomez says he will be OK
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Carlos Gomez said Sunday his neck is OK after he had to leave Saturday night's game against the Colorado Rockies following an outfield collision with teammate Ryan Braun.
Gomez left Saturday's 7-4 win over Colorado in the seventh with a neck strain after the collision. He said he was scared initially after the injury after feeling a tingling sensation throughout his body. He had a headache and sore neck, but passed a concussion test.
