A day after highly touted prospect Phil Hughes had to leave a no-hitter with a hamstring injury, The New York Times reported that oft-injured starter Carl Pavano experienced a setback and plans to have renowned orthopedist Dr. James Andrews examine his strained right forearm in Birmingham, Ala.
