Milledge out 6-8 weeks after surgery

SAN FRANCISCO -- Washington's Lastings Milledge will be out six to eight weeks following surgery on his broken right ring finger, the latest setback for the Nationals' former starting center fielder.

Milledge was injured Monday while trying to bunt in a game with Triple-A Syracuse, where he was sent after seven games with Washington this season.
