J.P. Ricciardi joins 'Baseball Tonight'

Former Toronto Blue Jays general manager J.P. Ricciardi has joined ESPN as a "Baseball Tonight" analyst and will make his debut on the network in March.

Ricciardi has spent three decades in baseball as a front office executive and scout and as a minor league manager and player.
