Derrick Hall to have prostate surgery
PHOENIX -- Arizona Diamondbacks president and CEO Derrick Hall will undergo surgery for prostate cancer next week.
The team announced Tuesday that Hall will have the operation on Nov. 8.
The 42-year-old Hall disclosed in late September that the disease was caught in the early stages and he expects a full recovery.
A prostate biopsy was performed Sept. 14 and cancerous tumors were found.
