O's agree with top 2 draft picks

BALTIMORE -- The Baltimore Orioles have reached agreement with their top two draft picks, high school players Hunter Harvey and Josh Hart.

Harvey, a right-handed pitcher from North Carolina, was taken 22nd overall. Hart, an outfielder from Georgia, was selected with the 37th overall pick.

As a senior with Bandys High School, the 18-year-old Harvey was 8-0 with 116 strikeouts in 11 games. He's the son of former big league pitcher Bryan Harvey.
