John Farrell: Jon Lester used rosin

BOSTON -- Red Sox manager John Farrell called the flap surrounding Jon Lester and allegations that the left-hander doctored the baseball "a closed case," stressing that the pitcher had nothing more than rosin in his mitt during Game 1 of the World Series on Wednesday night.
