Max Scherzer: Don't want to be traded

Right-hander Max Scherzer, after winning the AL Cy Young Award earlier in the week, said Friday he doesn't want to be traded by the Detroit Tigers.

Scherzer, speaking to MLB Network Radio, said he wants to remain with the team despite the chance to become a free agent with his contract expiring after the 2014 season.
