Hernandez replaced in second inning

TORONTO -- New York Yankees pitcher Orlando Hernandez left Tuesday night's game against the Toronto Blue Jays after the second inning because of tightness in his left hamstring.

Hernandez didn't allow a hit, but he walked three. Juan Padilla
replaced him to start the third.

El Duque is the latest Yankees starter with an injury. Mike Mussina and Kevin Brown are already on the disabled list, and
Tanyon Sturtze has an injured right pinky that will keep him from
starting Thursday against Baltimore. Jose Contreras with pitch on
three days' rest against the Orioles.

Brown has been sidelined since June 9 with a lower back spasm
and an intestinal parasite, but could return Friday if a bullpen
session goes well on Wednesday.
