Tim Kurkjian: Tim Raines is a Hall of Famer, a stunning combination of speed and production: .385 on-base, 808 steals, 170 home runs. Lower the stolen base total to 500, and here's the list that have achieved those numbers: Barry Bonds, Rickey Henderson, Joe Morgan and Raines. He was the NL's equivalent to Henderson in the '80s. To appreciate him, you had to see him play. Few did outside of Montreal. I did. He was breathtaking on every level.
