Just because the Cubs will apparently use him that way -- a Schierholtz/Scott Hairston straight platoon in right field seems in order - that doesn't mean you should assume he's fine to exploit in that fashion. Daily-league owners generally can't pick the days he's worthwhile; personal histories against specific pitchers are about the only way to do so.
